In 2018, I embarked on a 30-day backcountry NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) Expedition focused on leadership development for outdoor professionals. NOLS taught me to lead with integrity, adaptability, and empathy, and this experience shaped not only my outdoor abilities but also my approach to leadership in all aspects of life.
